Why we started
One simple goal.
Provide a level of automotive detailing normally associated with major metropolitan areas — and deliver it locally.
Out here, "detailing" has historically meant a wash and a vacuum. If you wanted genuine paint correction or a professionally installed ceramic coating, you drove to the city, left the car for days, and paid metro prices for the privilege.
Standout was built to close that gap. Proper inspection lighting. Paint depth gauges. Professional polishing systems. Accredited coatings. The same equipment and the same process you'd find in a serious city studio — in a workshop in Lithgow, run by someone who lives here.
The business has grown almost entirely through results: customers seeing their own car transformed, telling other people, and posting it. Referrals and social media have done more for Standout than any advertising ever has, which is exactly how we'd want it.
