A mobile detail with Standout follows the same sequence as a workshop detail: pre-wash and wheels first, contact wash using a safe two-bucket method, chemical and mechanical decontamination, then the interior — vacuum, shampoo, steam clean, plastics, leather and glass — and finally protection over the paint. It takes as long as it takes, usually three to five hours.

Yes. We run our mobile service the full length of the mountains, from Mount Victoria and Blackheath through Katoomba, Leura and Wentworth Falls down through Springwood to Blaxland. Because we are based in Lithgow we come at the mountains from the western end, which makes us closer to the upper mountains than almost any Sydney-based detailer. Correction and ceramic coating work is usually booked into the Lithgow workshop, which is about twenty minutes from Mount Victoria.
Yes. We run a mobile service across Lithgow, the Blue Mountains, Bathurst and the surrounding areas, and we arrive with the full professional kit — all we need on site is a connection to power and water. Some services, particularly ceramic coating, also need a suitable enclosed space, so we confirm that when you book.
Yes. Coatings need to be applied and cured out of wind, dust, direct sun and moisture, so mobile coating work requires an enclosed garage or a similar clean, lockable space with power and lighting. If that isn't available, the vehicle can be booked into the Lithgow workshop instead — that's usually the better outcome anyway.
A full interior and exterior detail generally takes three to five hours depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. A tidy hatchback sits at the shorter end; a family SUV with pet hair, sand and child seats sits at the longer end. A maintenance detail is quicker again at one to two hours. Ceramic coating packages are booked over one to three days or more, because the polishing and curing stages can't be rushed.
